Steve Fonyo…Again and Again and Again…
I don’t know how anyone couldn’t see this coming. Remember this? And this?
Fonyo has managed to run afoul of the law AGAIN.
But he’s an alcoholic…who has a couple of beers now and again…no big deal…
But he’s a nice man…who pounded on a former landlord giving the man dozens of stitches and permanent scarring…
But he’s cleaning up his life and getting married to nice gal…who’s serving jail time for assault, among other legal nuggets…
Is there no end to the fools who actually still believe a word that comes out of Fonyo’s mouth?
Now, he allegedly heisted a gas station with a fake card. It will never end with this guy. He doesn’t get it. He flouts the laws that govern the rest of us. His intent is clear–he wants to pull the wool over your eyes and make you feel as if he’s reformed, when his conduct shows anything but. He wants you to feel sorry for him.
As well, you can marvel at a fascinating look of a woman who STILL (!!!!!!!) supports this clown Fonyo. Read the story to the end.
Incredible…

Maybe Steve can get that Proudly Gay but Very Angry Dancing Lawyer to represent him…

Way too funny! Sebastian’s probably busy still dancing! LOL!

He’d still make a better (and less criminal) premier.

Okay, I usually DON’T allow such comments through…however, I’d like to prove a point.
Fonyo is a career criminal, albeit rather late in life. Gordon Campbell was convicted of drunk driving. Once. And has never committed any other CRIME that you or anyone else has been able to prove. I think we can all agree he’s done some despicable things and he has been B.C.’s worst Premier. But, as I’ve said many times in the past: IF ANYONE has any proof that Gordon Campbell has committed a crime, please produce a map…I’ll do the digging and if the story is in the public interest, I’ll print it here.
I enjoy having you here JSN, but you must be extremely careful not to make statements about criminal activity which is unproven. Thx!

Well we’re certainly sure that Steve boy has found a kindred spirit in this woman with whom he does wide sarabands around the province collecting lucre from the simpletons who still support him no matter his crimes. Was it Barnum or was it Bailey who said there is one born every minute? These “useful idiots” are the same that leave their entire estates to so-called animal charities that are promoted by sappy song birds and washed up actors. It would seem that they are unaware of the obvious, that this man is endowed with an idiot persistence, and a moral obliquity. The man is ineffably stupid, and they are attracted by something they see as familiar in themselves … it is time to leave, shaking the dust from their feet.

” … IF ANYONE has any proof that Gordon Campbell has committed a crime, please produce a map…I’ll do the digging.”
Time was I could spell you, but as it is, I’ll hold the lantern if you’d like. (I’ll bring a lawn chair.)
You know, I’m almost warming up to Fonyo in a strange sort of way. He’s like a one man refutation of the Trudeaupian Rehabilitation Myth. He’s not completely useless; if only one person looks at this guy and has a thought …
“He wants you to feel sorry for him.”
Exactly, and there’s the rub. Its been the rub ever since Turdeau the Great decided in his wise wisdom that the fundamental function of government to ensure public safety didn’t stack up against His Majesty’s hippie-dippy faith, as expressed in that dreadful period piece:
“Everything is beautiful …
Everybody’s beautiful
in their own way … ”
Personally, I would love to meet the author of those lyrics and learn from them in what way were, oh, say, Hitler and the Holocaust beautiful.
How strange to have a judicial system based on such drivel.

My shovels are ready. When and where Mr. Lantern?

What a lovely picture of the happy couple in the Province. They even have matching prison tattoos and chipped teeth. How adorable!

Enough, ignore this buffoon once and for all.

Yeah, absolutely. Unless he does something beyond this I’m done with this clown.

Was disappointed to read Conrad Black’s view on the Conservative’s plans to tighten up some of the more obvious loop-holes in our criminal justice system. I guess that having just emerged from the American system, he wants not to see Canada going down the same trail. He would rather that we hire a million social workers and put these people, who refuse to obey the laws of the land, (most created by Liberals) in the apartment next to mine, and I am just to shut-up with the NIMBY idea, that they either pay their own way by getting an honest job or stay in the pen. It’s funny what a little time in the big-house turns you into a liberal. Perhaps he forgot it was one of those liberals who forced him to ditch his citizenship?

I haven’t read it. Still on my reading list. Conrad will evolve over time, as we all do…

$600 of gas in a day? Even at today’s horrendous gas prices that works out to over 500 litres.
What was he doing filling up neighbour’s gas tanks?

I don’t even know what to say about the man. I just can’t believe that people out there were at all fooled. You cannot be an addict and continue to drink and do drugs. You cannot say you have reformed when you continue to rob and steal. You cannot ask for grace if you are not prepared to give it first.
Steve Fonyo is a joker. Always has been, always will be. And that’s sad, but it’s the facts.
