I’m Back Tomorrow…

I’m currently researching some stories that will take me away until Thursday night.

I’ll have about a half dozen or so new stories you can chew on by Friday morning.

But please feel free to continue commenting.

Thx for your patience.

Hi Alex a couple of points , the BC Govt ad campaign on HST is pure stupidity spend more of my tax money to tell me a tax we know is about a rip off govt needing more from us all and we can pay more so their pet freinds can profit , people are angry very angry another sick waste i cant use the language that comes to mind .
The BC Rail case is almost seming to be an abuse of our courts seems this trial is never going anywhere and we need to charge all involved now maybe even judges need to know politics can not interfere with law , is it possible to have a federal branch look at this as now i do beleive BC Gov we have will never allow the truth to get out.

Hopefully this will give an opportunity to condemn the Liberal government’s attempts this Fall, to remove from parental influence, our children, by putting them in the hands of what are socialists, communists , feminists, secularists and an odd assortment of the odd, for even longer periods daily. This will mean the hiring of even more teachers at a time when schools are emptying, because of their very own anti-child attitudes. Remember, once they have the minds and souls of the children, they will have accomplished what they have always wanted in their plan to re-organize society to fit their political view. Think carefully before putting so much putty into their hands.

I am indifferent to all day Kindergarten; however I take umbrage to Larben’s paraoid over-generalized and bigoted characterization of teachers. Such codswallop!

    “Indeed” Alex?

To the extent that Larben was being accurate in his description of a good portion of the BCTF, yeah, agreed for the most part–although I admit to a bit of a soft spot for feminists. I’m a bit of one myself. :-) Besides, I think Larben was being a tad facetious.

I know some very good public school teachers, but the majority in Vancouver for example, are stuck in yesteryear, since the Vancouver BCTF members are mostly older and don’t care about teaching–just the four months off and the extra pay benefits.

Off topic, sorry but, I didn’t know where to go to find an answer. Has anyone heard of this? Seems someone is working coal bed methane, out of Sparwood BC. It is said, they were working on it for two weeks, before anyone knew about it??? Also, did Campbell sign an agreement with, Alberta and Saskatchewan about, the pipeline oil to Kitimat,? It sounds like, we are going to be forced, to have China’s dirty oil tankers, in spite of, the First Nations People, and, thousands of other objections? They are also pushing for, drilling oil and gas wells, off the BC coast, where there have been earthquakes?

Hello Gloria: Interesting that you are back. I haven’t the foggiest clue what the Premier has done on this matter but I will investigate. If you leave it up to Gordon, anything is possible and signatures are not required. Not as long as pals are involved…

      Cheers!
