Al Gore’s Moral Obligation: Return Nobel Prize and Academy Award
You won’t hear about it in the local press since so many of them are giddily (and inappropriately) accepting free tickets to the Olympics.
The mainstream media’s glee can only be rivaled by their laziness. For what can possibly be a bigger story, than the revelations (they just keep coming, my darlings) that Dr. Phil Jones, disgraced climate scientist from the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia (the Mecca of climate change hysterics) has now admitted what many of us have been saying for years; that there hasn’t been any statistically significant warming of this planet for over a decade.
We are, in point of fact, in a period of cooling.
But did you hear this on ‘The Bill Good Show’ where climate apocalypse peddlers James Hoggan and Dr. Andrew Weaver are generously featured? Of course not. How can one possibly admit, even the Vanilla One, that you’ve been following idiots for years because hard research was outside the purview of your producers efforts to write bubble gum chronicles from which you read?
Didn’t read about it in the Vancouver Sun either? Why would you when they disgraced themselves by making David Suzuki their first guest editor and have allowed dimbell Peter McKnight, their breathless golden boy, free license to tell us how the seas will rise and the sky will fall.
Nothing either in the far-left Tyee on-line, where the supremacy of global warming theocracy is in almost constant liturgical hum.

What a despicable act of manipulation we have been subjected to for at least a decade. And the mainstream press are complicit since the evidence is so utterly clear and unequivocally present, against the backdrop of their silence.

Hi Alex, the “Ship of Consensus Science Lies” is sinking fast and while I can understand people being fooled believing them, what I can’t understand is they still “Spreading their CO2 Gospel” after its authors have been COMPLETELY DEBUNKED, mostly by themselves, proving that, we the “Denier ignoramus” were actually the ones not wearing blinkers and had the common sense to stick to our “Ignorance”. I think is time Harper, finally exposes his REAL opinion about CO2, instead of the “Politically Correct” attitude of following the US policy. The US is presently on a self-destruct path and it is dangerous to follow them.
The “CO2 Green” money, should be used into REAL scientific research, if GW is really happening, if it is (Big If), the CO2 factor is very likely minimal and the money wasted trying to reduced it, should be instead used to try to find ways to cope with what “Mother Nature” may impose on us.

There is also ,of course, evidence there hasn’t been any warming for several years. I like Plimmer’s book the best but there are lots of good books out there. Agreed it would be sweet to hear Harper say the Emperor is naked but it would be more prudent for him to wait until after the next election when he, hopefully, has a majority.
